Sprouts with Garlic Butter
Ingredients
3oz softened butter,
2 garlic cloves, crushed,
3 TSB dried mixed herbs,
21b Brussels Sprouts, halved,
Freshly ground black pepper.

Method
Place the Brussels sprouts into boiling water for approx. 8 minutes.

Drain well, Season with pepper

Add the herbs and garlic to the softened butter, and mix into the sprouts.

Serve piping hot, with roast pork, roast chicken, or roast beef, roasted or mashed potatoes, and any other vegetables.

Serves 6 Ready in 10 minutes
