Enclosed is photo of Ferranti F C we played in the Manchester League, we were Runners up in 1951-52 and also runners up in the Manchester Cup in 1952-53
A few of the team came from the Have Your Say area. They were Bill Jarvis (the best centre half I ever played with) also Ernie (snowy) Hartley, Ged Fitzgerald, E Duffy and no stranger to your magazine Bernard Collins. Bernard left to work on Radio Luxembourg after this photo was taken
