Barnes Green Gala Show
Dear friends
I do hope you don't mind my familiarity. But I have a special reason for taking the liberty of writing to you which will come apparent. This concerns my long association and membership of Barnes Green Catholic Social Club, Factory Lane Harpurhey. Which this year on Saturday 7th November, is to celebrate it's 90th centenary. As one of the oldest & ever decreasing members of this once very prestigious club, It falls to my lot to attempt to enhance the forthcoming occasion, using whatever means I can, in order to try to reinstall the failing fortunes of this once very highly prosperous club. Hence at last the reason for my letter.
Seriously though, my Friends, Ladies and Gents.
I shall be presenting a gala show, in which I am hoping to introduce Some Celebrity pals and old friends of mine who I expect to come along and take part in the show and make this a very special and momentous occasion.
I myself will be appearing and featuring my double Piano routine plus my sound system equipment for the benefit of the artistes appearing.
