St. Augustine’s
I would like the enclosed Photo to go in the magazine at the same time as the one my friend left with you of St. Augustine 1919, If I'm not too late. You remember my pal asking you to send the 1919 one to Harold Barratt for him to keep. Well this one shows' the welsh shop and I thought it would go in line with the memories, and maybe a few for other people as well.
Now just for record. Harold Barratt said his Grandad's music shop was no 89. I looked it up on the 1901 census on line and the address was no 88. That would be on that long row of shops before the Welsh Shop. The music shop was there in 1891 too.
