Wash and chop potato and cauliflower and put into a pan of cold water.
Add the quorn pieces and salt if needed.
Bring to the boil and cook for 30 - 35 minutes.
Add the gravy cube to a cup of boiling water.
Serve with the gravy poured over.
This makes a healthy, balanced vegetarian meal.
Chicken or lamb can be substituted for quorn.
