Fresh fruit and Vegetables are coming to Miles Platting. Food Futures, Manchester Markets and Zest are all working together to bring better quality fruit and vegetables directly to your door. All local residents will have the opportunity to get cheap, but brilliant quality fruit and veg from your local shops. Check out the following shops to get yours - Lancashire Food Store Ltd, Medway Convenience Store, Collyhurst Village Store and Bobbys Convenience Store. Making it even easier to help you make healthier choices will be the Free Recipe Cards, available to all shoppers so you won't be stuck for what to cook!
If you can't make it to the shops try the fabulous Herbie, your local mobile Greengrocer. The Herbie van services the communities of North and East Manchester. Herbie has just updated its timetable so to find out your nearest stop contact them on 0161 273 1736 or email herbie@merci.org.uk
