Patient and Public Involvement Forum for North Manchester
The Forum is an independent body and has statutory powers to monitor and inspect the local NHS - which is in this case is North Manchester Primary Care Trust. Members are volunteers from the local community who have an interest in health and are keen to listen to the patient experiences and views of people using local NHS services. Further information on PPI Forums can be found at www.cppih.org or can be requested by calling 0161 214 3907/3967 and asking for John or Val.

The Forum would like to speak to and hear from individuals and groups about their experiences and views of local health services and hear about any barriers you have faced. Can you see a GP within 48 hours? Can you register with a NHS dentist? We are keen to hear stories of where local health services have made a positive impact on people's lives.
