Don’t Be Shy
Anyone wanting to get involved in planning for next year's (2005) St. George's day parade will be very welcome.

The 2004 parade was a huge success and many people would like to see it become an annual event.

But to put the record straight, the parade isn't organised by the council or some other big organisation it is planned and organised by ordinary everyday folk like yourself, who meet up once a month to discuss and plan the day and connected fundraising activities.

The committee would like to invite groups who wish to take part in the parade, to contact Thelma McGrail on the number below. They would also like to hear from any Brass Band members who would be willing to march in the parade on the day.

So don't forget if you would like to be involved, would like any information or you would just like to express your opinion, don't be shy Phone Thelma on 0161 205 3709 for the date of the next meeting
