Congratulations to all the friends and trustees of Gorton Monastery for having finally, after years of patience and great effort by all concerned and against all odds, been able to turn the hopes of many Gorton residents, and many others from Manchester and all directions beyond, into reality,

We eagerly await the start of the enormous restoration project to save this beautiful historic world monument and we send our very best respects to all concerned.
