Miles Platting, Ancoats and Collyhurst Community Network (mpac) held their second Annual General Meeting on 30th September 2003.

The AGM though formal by nature was a pleasant evening, informing all who attended of their achievements and goals for the year. They have continued to support voluntary groups in the area, provided space for meetings, organised computer training for interested groups and now employ two part-time admin workers.

The mpac website which we reported on in the last issue of Have Your Say, is growing continuously, and groups are invited to add things of interest to the website.

Very soon mpac are launching their own newsletter for Miles Platting, Ancoats and Collyhurst, to keep you up to date with what is happening within the community. It is planned that the mpac newsletter will be delivered to all homes in the areas, which Miles Platting, Ancoats and Collyhurst Community Network represents.
