Community means you and Your Neighbours. Network means separate groups linking together.

mpac community network includes representatives from,
* Tenant Associations:
* Children and young family groups:
* Young People and Youth Organisations:
* Over 50s Support Groups:
* Disabled and Well being Organisations:
* Environmental Groups:
* Religious Groups:
* Have Your Say magazine team.

Why be involved in the Community Network?
mpac Community Network is a useful way for residents and community & voluntary groups in the area to share information, skills, contacts, funding information and opportunities with each other, it is also a way of feeding information and views into other decision-making bodies. We have representatives on the wider Manchester Community etwork and on the board of New East Manchester.

Our own mpac community network are people who are interested in the area they live and are working to improve the quality of life in the area. Together they are finding out what is going on in all aspects of community life that concern you. If you would like to Have Your Say on local issues why not come along and join us?
