Do you know what quilling is?
One of our readers Jean Howarth attends a craft group. The group meets once a week to make models using Quilling, they spent three months making a miniature Commonwealth Games Stadium which they presented at the Festival of Quilling in York during last August, and for those of you, like me who had never heard of it Quilling is a technique using tightly rolled paper. Having seen a photograph of the miniature stadium I can only admire their art and say congratulations for their little contribution to the Manchester Games!
